On Dec. 12, 2020, Sleep in Heavenly Peace-Tallahassee (SHP) will take on an ambitious build in Marianna, FL of 50 bunk beds for children who are still affected by Hurricane Michael.
SHP is partnering with Volunteer Florida and Lowe’s, and will be teamed with SHP chapters from Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach to get 100 more kids off the floor.
All volunteers will need to arrive at Lowe’s, 4860 Malloy Plaza, Marianna, FL by 8:45 a.m. CT. The build will begin at 9:00 a.m. CT.
Once beds are built by volunteers, they will also help with the “loading of vehicles” as recipients will come to Lowe’s to pick up their beds starting at 11:30 a.m. CT.
